We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority with Firm Reference Number TBC. TransUnion is the source of the credit data that is used by us to provide you with the credit reporting services. References to “TransUnion” in this privacy policy mean TransUnion International UK Limited (company number 3961870), a credit reference agency authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under number 737740, whose registered office is at One Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS3 1EP. Credit Chum uses Member data to provide and improve the Service. In using the Service, a Member agrees to the collection and use of their information in accordance with this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, all such terms included in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms & Conditions.

Definitions
